Get ready to raise your stein! Oktoberfest, the world’s largest beer festival, will soon be in full swing, and we're heading to Munich, Germany, to experience this iconic celebration of Bavarian culture.

Running from mid-September through the first weekend of October, Oktoberfest brings together over six million visitors each year to enjoy traditional beer, food, music, and vibrant festivities.

Held in the heart of Munich at Theresienwiese, Oktoberfest boasts massive beer tents run by Munich’s most famous breweries, including Hofbräu, Paulaner, and Löwenbräu. Visitors can savor world-class brews served in liter-sized steins, along with traditional Bavarian dishes like pretzels, bratwurst, schnitzel, and roast chicken.

Beyond the beer and food, Oktoberfest is a feast for the senses with live oompah bands, parades, and carnival rides. Visitors are encouraged to embrace the local culture by donning traditional attire—lederhosen for men and dirndls for women.
